Following the public consultation in November and December 2023 and a review of the traffic monitoring data, a decision has been made by the Council to keep the measures which form the Saltaire Active Travel Neighbourhood as they currently are.

Decision made

The trial period for the Saltaire Active Travel Neighbourhood is now coming to an end as the Experimental Traffic Regulation Order (ETRO), which enabled the measures to be introduced, will expire in January 2024, 18 months after being put in place.

We are hosting a survey on our website to give residents and businesses the final chance to give feedback on the current scheme and let us know what you think of some potential additional measures that we are proposing.
